  Located in the Albertville Outlet mall, Five Guys serves up about the best tasting and freshest fries imaginable. I've had soggy fries at some Five Guy's locations, but not here. These fries were so delicious I wanted to order more.
  
  The burger was good, but a little lackluster when compared to such fry perfection. I wish they'd put the cheese on earlier so it would melt more.
  
  We received great service despite it being very busy.

  Stopped here on a roadtrip while I was starving and the food hit the spot! It was definitely better quality than fast food, but our burgers and fries came out quickly! Loved the free peanuts available to snack in while we were waiting. I ordered the little hamburger, which was the perfect size for me. I love the variety of toppings available including grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and lots of sauces! My mom got the grilled cheese, which is a bun with cheese, but you can also add veggies to that if you like!

  This five guys needs some work yet. My 5 top thoughts: 1. Music is way too loud!
  2. Food is fairly expensive for generic burnt hamburgers.
  3. Fries are delicious.
  4. They desperately need a person dedicated to the upkeep of the restaurant on weekends. Tables, chairs and floor get super dirty and trash over flows onto the floor.
  5. Customer service is pathetic. But then again, maybe its just that the music is so loud they cant hear what customers are saying.

  This restaurant needs work.  Some of it is very basic and easy to make improvements.  Just have someone on staff consistently clean the place. They must not care since I read some of the previous reviews and no improvements have been made.  I was going to give them two stars because the fries were delicious, but I ended giving one star since they seem to have a history of uncleanliness and poor customer service.  
  
  It was so trashy in the literal sense.  Trash cans were full and overflowing on the floor.  Tables, chairs and floor all super dirty.  The restrooms were pathetically dirty.  We never saw any of the staff doing any cleaning.   The worse part was the loud terrible music.  They were playing heavy metal the entire time and it was so loud that you could barely hear yourself talk.  Customer service was very poor - maybe its because the music is so loud they cant hear what customers are saying.

  I ordered 2 sandwiches. The took the order correct, but made both sandwiches wrong. Then I watched them remake them and the girl the actually handled the lettuce and buns and what not, kept touching her hair then handle the food. I'm really grossed out. And on top of that they never apologize for it. I usually like 5 guys, been going to them for years. But this one, never again.
